If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse rather than attend an appointment, please ask for a telephone consultation. These requests are allocated as an appointment within the surgery and therefore are for 10 minutes and for one patient with one query. Please be aware that many medical concerns cannot be diagnosed over the phone and therefore you may still be required to come in to attend an appointment. If you wish to speak with a doctor or nurse regarding another family member or a patient who is not yourself, we cannot discuss any medical issues without prior written consent from the patient.
